Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy or Radiologic Science with certificate in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program required Registered or registry eligible through ARRT (must obtain within one year of program graduation) Valid Massachusetts state license (or eligibility to obtain) Current American Heart Association BLS certification required Minimum two years' experience as a Radiation Therapist Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments safely and efficiently Collaborate closely with Radiation Oncologists and a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment following established protocols Adhere to safety standards and organizational policies to ensure top-quality care Accurately document treatment and maintain thorough patient records
