Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Key Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy or Radiologic Science with a certificate from an accredited Radiation Therapy Program ARRT registration or eligibility, with certification required within one year of graduation Valid Massachusetts State license (required) Active American Heart Association BLS certification Minimum of two years of experience in Radiation Therapy Strong interpersonal and communication skillsPrimary Responsibilities:
Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist Adhere to best practices in Radiation Therapy and organizational protocols Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment safely and accurately Document treatments and patient interactions in accordance with regulations Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare personnel to ensure optimal patient outcomesBenefits & Perks:
