Required Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy or Radiologic Science and certificate from an accredited Radiation Therapy Program Registered, or registry-eligible, with the ARRT; must obtain registration within one year of graduating the accredited program Valid Massachusetts State license Current American Heart Association BLS certification Minimum of two years' experience as a Radiation Therapist Proven interpersonal and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver precise radiation treatments as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure optimal patient care and safety Operate and maintain therapy equipment according to strict protocols Document procedures and maintain accurate treatment records Uphold organizational and departmental policies in daily tasks
