How you'll make an impact in this role

• Deliver precise radiation treatments by aligning prescribed doses with anatomical accuracy to ensure the highest standards of clinical efficacy.
• Collaborate with physicians and dosimetrists to execute complex treatment plans, acting as a vital link in the patient's oncology care team.
• Document every stage of the patient's therapy journey to maintain high-quality records that ensure safety and continuity of care.
• Calibrate and manage advanced linear accelerator technology to guarantee equipment reliability and patient safety during every session.
• Optimize the clinical environment by maintaining rigorous safety and regulatory standards, ensuring a sterile and supportive space for patient recovery.
