  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Radiation Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in delivering precise radiation therapy treatments to patients, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer radiation therapy treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols.
  • Collaborate with oncologists, medical physicists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
  • Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to any changes in condition or treatment response.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment procedures and potential side effects.
  • Mentor and guide junior radiation therapists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT or equivalent).
  • Extensive experience in radiation therapy, preferably in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and treatment planning systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
