Temporary Radiation Therapist - Oncology (Days) — Petoskey, MI Join our dedicated team in beautiful Petoskey, Michigan, as a Temp Radiation Therapist specializing in Oncology. Required Skills:
Valid Radiation Therapist license or certification in Michigan Proven experience in delivering radiation therapy treatments, preferably in an oncology setting Proficiency with treatment simulations, equipment setup, and shielding fabrication Strong understanding of radiation safety practices and infection control protocols Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain accurate documentation within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with quality control and assurance testing of therapy equipment Familiarity with inter-disciplinary coordination in a healthcare setting Knowledge of advanced radiation therapy techniques or technologies
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or Radiation Technology Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient oncology center Existing Michigan state licensure or certification
Other Requirements:
