Key Responsibilities:

Administer radiation treatments according to physician directives and established protocols Employ advanced equipment to ensure safe and accurate patient care Monitor patient progress, educate patients and families, and document treatment records Work in close coordination with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and multidisciplinary teams Uphold strict safety standards for patient and staff, adhering to regulatory guidelines Maintain and calibrate treatment equipment as required

Desired Qualifications:

Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiation Therapy Valid state licensure (or eligibility for Missouri licensure) Previous experience as a radiation therapist preferred, but strong new graduates are welcome Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a focus on patient-centered care
