Key Qualifications:
Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy Active state licensure (or willingness to obtain as required) Experience operating radiation therapy equipment safely and efficiently Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven capacity for patient-focused care in a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments to oncology patients Provide clear instructions and support to patients and their families regarding procedures Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure equipment is functioning properly Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, and other specialists to achieve optimal patient outcomes Adhere to safety regulations and infection control protocols at all times
