Schedule/Hours:

Days, 5x8 shifts (8:00-4:30 or 8:30-5:00, may vary with patient load) Guaranteed 36 hours/week No weekends or call required

Eligibility & Experience:

Minimum 2 years' Radiation Therapy experience (hospital setting preferred) ARRT and RRA certification, BLS (AHA only) Linac treatment, including setting up/imaging patients Good communication skills; teamwork-oriented Experience with Elekta strongly preferred (training available) Black scrubs required (no colored scrubs) Flu vaccination (or Mercy-approved exemption) required

November-April Key Responsibilities:

Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments to both inpatients and outpatients Operate advanced therapy equipment and EMRs (Mosiaq & EPIC) Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize care Support patient safety and satisfaction in all interactions
