Schedule/Hours:
Full-time travel assignment (specific shift details provided upon interview).
Responsibilities:
Administer accurate radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by radiation oncologists. Operate advanced radiation equipment with a focus on patient safety and precision. Provide compassionate care and education to patients before, during, and after procedures. Maintain thorough, accurate records and collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary cancer care team. Uphold strict protocols for radiation safety and infection control.
Qualifications:
Valid certification/licensure as a Radiation Therapist. Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Prior experience with linear accelerators and treatment planning systems preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
