Required Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT). Registered and licensed to practice as a Radiation Therapist. Previous experience operating radiation therapy equipment in a clinical environment. Strong patient interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adhere to strict safety and quality protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer radiation treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and impeccable technique. Collaborate with oncologists and healthcare teams for treatment planning and execution. Operate and maintain therapeutic equipment with a focus on consistent accuracy. Provide clear patient instruction, comfort, and support before, during, and after procedures. Maintain thorough, accurate treatment records and monitor patient responses.
