Experience:

Minimum 2 years in Radiation Therapy with clinic experience Pay & Benefits Hourly pay of $57.27 during assignment Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, and comprehensive insurance options Robust referral bonus program Licensure, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable What You'll Do Administer radiation treatments following prescribed protocols Float and provide coverage across two clinical sites in Wilmington, NC Collaborate with MDs and RNs during treatment planning and delivery Use advanced radiology equipment including Varian linacs, CT simulators, and Eclipse/ARIA systems Maintain radiation safety and patient precautions Assist with treatment site simulation and setup as needed (but not performing CT sim alone) Follow department policies for safety and patient care standards What You Need Valid BLS certification and ARRT (Therapeutic) license Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience in a clinical setting Knowledge of external beam therapy, IMRT, and treatment planning systems (e.g., Pinnacle, Eclipse) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to float between multiple sites and adapt to varying schedules About the Assignment This contract role involves providing local float coverage for two busy oncology clinics in Wilmington, NC. The primary site has three Varian linacs and a CT sim, while the secondary site features a Varian True Beam and Siemens CT simulator. The successful candidate will work with a team of MDs and RNs, with no requirement to perform CT simulations independently. There are opportunities for flexible scheduling and possibly working four 10-hour shifts. The role involves working with a supportive team in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, ensuring high-quality cancer care.
