Required Qualifications & Experience:

Proficient in delivering planned courses of radiation therapy with minimal supervision Experienced in performing daily linear accelerator (linac), CT QA, and monthly CT QA Skilful in

IGRT, SBRT

treatments, and portal imaging Ability to CT/Simulate patients, construct immobilization devices, and utilize IV contrast as needed Knowledgeable in SBRT simulation equipment, respiratory gating, and ACQ simulation Capable of constructing electron and cerrobend blocks for procedures Competency in MOSAIQ for procedure verification, treatment management, and accurate record keeping Previous experience leading or training staff in CT/Simulation and relevant QA processes is a plus Commitment to departmental safety standards, policies, and emergency procedures ARRT registered as a Radiation Therapist preferred; state licensure as required

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver targeted radiation therapy treatments while ensuring patient safety and comfort Maintain communication with patients during treatment and uphold documentation accuracy Conduct equipment QA, procedure verification, and ensure compliance with treatment protocols Train and supervise staff in advanced procedures as assigned Comply with all ALARA radiation protection standards and departmental procedures Ensure clear and organized documentation in patient records and reporting systems
