1 Description American Traveler seeks a Radiation Therapist with 1.5+ years of experience and ARRT (R) certification for a Radiation Oncology position requiring Varian Linear Accelerator and ARIA proficiency. Details Hospital Radiation Oncology department setting Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 13-week contract No weekend, on-call, or floating requirements Uses Varian Linear Accelerators for treatment delivery Uses ARIA for equipment-specific charting and EPIC for EMR Requirements Active NJ or Compact Radiation Therapist license required for consideration — license required if applicable Current ARRT (R) and BLS certifications required Minimum of 1.5 years of Radiation Therapist experience Hands-on experience with Varian Linear Accelerators and ARIA required SSN and DOB required for consideration Two current professional references required for consideration Copy of certifications required for consideration Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply All schedule and time off requests must be submitted and approved prior to an offer being extended Local candidates are accepted at the same rate Former employees of the RWJBH health system (full-time or PRN) must have been separated from the system for a minimum of 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment Black scrubs required
