Essential Qualifications:
Certification/registration as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT required) Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure in NM) Prior experience as a radiation therapist in a clinical setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care
Core Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed radiation treatments accurately and compassionately Operate sophisticated therapy equipment and troubleshoot as needed Collaborate with oncologists, physicists, and other healthcare staff Monitor patient responses and maintain comprehensive records Educate patients and families about the course of treatment and aftercare
