Key Qualifications:
Current certification and license as a Radiation Therapist Experience performing radiation therapy treatments (recent graduates or those open to being trained are encouraged to apply) Strong knowledge of Elekta Versa equipment (open to train candidates with dedication to learning) Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain precise treatment documentation
Schedule:
Assignment is long-term, offering stability and continuity for both you and your patients
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver radiation therapy treatments in accordance with physicians' specifications and treatment plans Operate Elekta Versa equipment, ensuring safe and accurate delivery of prescribed therapeutic doses Assess and monitor patient comfort before, during, and after prescribed treatments Maintain thorough, accurate patient records and uphold the highest safety standards Educate patients on procedures, address questions, and provide compassionate support Collaborate closely with physicians, dosimetrists, physicists, and other members of the oncology team
