Desired Qualifications:
Current certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT-T). Valid state licensure as required. Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience in Radiation Therapy. Proficiency in operating advanced radiation therapy equipment. Strong communication and patient care skills. Ability to adapt quickly in new settings and collaborate with different teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed radiation treatments to patients with precision and compassion. Accurately interpret treatment plans and imaging studies. Collaborate with oncologists, physicists, and nurses on patient care plans. Monitor patient reactions during treatment and address any issues as they arise. Maintain detailed records of treatment sessions and patient progress. Uphold safety protocols and quality assurance standards at all times.
