Category Radiation Therapy - Radiation Therapist Job Type Travel An experienced Radiation Oncologist is sought to contribute to a progressive cancer care team that integrates community practice with academic collaboration. This full-time position is based in the Capital Region and offers the opportunity to manage a diverse range of disease sites, with a focus on gynecologic oncology and radiopharmaceutical therapies. Providers will be part of a multidisciplinary team supported by modern treatment technologies, fostering a patient-centered approach to cancer care.
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive radiation oncology services across outpatient and inpatient settings Collaborate with specialty partners in a multidisciplinary environment Engage in clinical research and participate in academic activities, including teaching and presenting at conferences Utilize advanced treatment technologies for optimal patient outcomes Contribute to innovative clinical trials improving cancer therapies Uphold clinical autonomy while prioritizing quality patient care and professional developmentDesired Qualifications:
MD or DO degree with Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Radiation Oncology Experience preferred; residents nearing completion of training are encouraged to apply Commitment to patient-centered care and research participation Strong interpersonal and communication skills for multidisciplinary collaborationLocation:
