Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Current certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT) Valid state license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) Demonstrated proficiency in radiation therapy procedures, patient safety, and use of linear accelerators Strong communication and patient care skills Previous experience in a hospital or cancer care setting preferred
Responsibilities:
Administer targeted radiation treatments as prescribed by oncologists Ensure safety protocols are meticulously followed for each patient Document patient responses, maintain accurate treatment records Collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes Provide education, reassurance, and support to patients and families
Schedule/Hours:
