DAYS 6:00am or 7:15am until lunch 9:00am until 5:00pmMUST DISCUSS SHIFT WITH DIRECTOR FLEXIBILITY IS NEEDED NO WEEKENDS NO FLOATING NO CALL NO BLOCK SCHEDULING NO 48 HOUR RTO

National LicensureBLS/CPR 1+ YEAR EXPERIENCE BEDS
- (1) treatment room currently and (2) treatment rooms in 2 months
- 2 therapist at all times
PATIENT RATIO
- 1 EVERY 15 MIN SCRUBS
- Steel Grey Scrubs, Lab Coat/non-fleece jacket if desired. No artificial nails EMR
