Key Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred, however, new graduates are encouraged to apply Current credentials as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT required) Proficiency with True-Beam Varian equipment strongly desired Comprehensive understanding of radiation therapy techniques, treatment planning, and safety protocols Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient and team interaction Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation for all procedures

Key Responsibilities:

Administer prescribed courses of radiation therapy to patients as directed by oncologists Operate True-Beam Varian and other advanced radiotherapy equipment safely and efficiently Monitor patient reactions during treatment and report changes to the medical team Maintain accurate daily records and update electronic medical charts Ensure strict adherence to all regulations regarding radiation safety and infection control Provide support and clear explanations to patients and families about treatment procedures
