1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Radiation Therapist for a travel assignment at a children's hospital Level II Pediatric Trauma Center, requiring 2+ years of experience and Epic proficiency. Details Children's hospital setting designated as a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center with 181 total staff beds Pediatric patient population Patient ratio of 20 patients per therapist Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours (7:00-15:00) No floating within the unit; however, travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state No on-call or weekend requirements No block scheduling required Epic EMR required Requirements Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapist experience required Active professional license required if applicable Epic EMR experience required Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty and setting SSN and DOB required for consideration All required certifications must be current and submitted for consideration Additional Information Facility is a children's hospital and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center Scrub color for Radiation Therapists is Galaxy Blue/Royal Blue Free parking available in any unrestricted space; bike racks also available Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility Minimal RTO is expected; requests should be disclosed upfront as post-offer RTO requests may be denied
