Qualifications:

2 years of experience preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome to apply Certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT or equivalent) Experience or familiarity with True-Beam Varian equipment is highly valued Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate within a team and demonstrate compassion in patient care

Primary Responsibilities:

Precisely administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments to patients using True-Beam Varian technology Prepare and operate all necessary treatment and imaging equipment according to established protocols Monitor patients throughout each session, ensuring safety, comfort, and proper documentation Coordinate with physicians, physicists, and dosimetrists to achieve optimal treatment outcomes Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, side effects, and aftercare instructions Support quality assurance measures and participate in ongoing professional development
