Qualifications:

ARRT (Radiation Therapy) certification or eligibility required Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiation therapy preferred, but open to new graduates eager to learn Strong clinical judgment and attention to safety protocols Willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients Experience with True-Beam Varian equipment is an asset, though training can be provided for motivated newcomers

Responsibilities:

Administer daily radiation treatments, verifying set-up accuracy and adhering to oncologist's treatment plans Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and treatment documentation Monitor patients' responses and promptly address any concerns or symptoms Safeguard patients, visitors, and colleagues by strictly following established safety guidelines Participate in ongoing quality assurance initiatives and support the training of new team members
