Key Qualifications:

Certification as a Radiation Therapist required Experience with True-Beam Varian equipment strongly preferred Minimum of 2 years' experience ideal, but new graduates will be considered Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to maintaining safety and accuracy standards

Core Responsibilities:

Prepare and administer radiation treatments following physician prescriptions Operate the True-Beam Varian linear accelerator safely and accurately Monitor patient conditions and provide compassionate care throughout each session Collaborate effectively with oncologists, physicists, and nursing staff Maintain detailed and precise treatment records Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and departmental guidelines
