Travel assignment (specific shifts & duration discussed upon interview)
Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT certified or equivalent) Current and unrestricted state license to practice as a Radiation Therapist Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Radiation Therapy Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care BLS certification (Basic Life Support) Familiarity with current radiation therapy equipment and techniques
Responsibilities:
Administer accurate radiation treatments as prescribed by physicians Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment with attention to safety protocols Assist patients throughout the treatment process, offering guidance and reassurance Maintain meticulous records and adhere to all regulatory requirements and guidelines Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize treatment outcomes
