5x8 Day Shifts Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist to perform high-quality mammography procedures in a leading acute care hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure patient safety, provide excellent patient care, and produce diagnostic-quality breast imaging while adhering to departmental and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures Prepare and position patients for mammography exams Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures Operate mammography equipment efficiently and safely Maintain image quality standards and proper documentation Follow radiation safety and infection control guidelines Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members Maintain accurate patient records in EPIC Assist with quality assurance and departmental compliance activities Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of Mammography experience BLS Certification required Experience in an acute care or hospital imaging setting preferred Strong patient care and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Facility Highlights Magnet Designated Hospital Level II Trauma Center 407 Staffed Beds EPIC Charting System Free Parking Imaging Department Support Team Flexible Block Scheduling Available For more details reach at
