Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Take the next step in your imaging career by contributing your expertise as a CT/PET Tech at a reputable main campus facility. This contract opportunity allows you to provide advanced imaging services, playing a critical role in patient care by producing high-quality diagnostic images.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in CT imaging and CT/PET technology. Current registration as a Radiologic Technologist with certification in computed tomography (ARRT CT). Familiarity with PET/CT fusion imaging protocols preferred. Demonstrated ability to operate advanced CT scanners and PET equipment. Compliance with all relevant safety and patient care standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Clear, professional communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary medical teams. Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct CT and PET imaging procedures, ensuring compliance with physician orders and facility protocols. Prepare patients for scans, addressing any questions to provide a comfortable experience. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed. Monitor image quality and adjust parameters as required for optimum results. Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records within electronic medical systems. Adhere to strict infection control, safety, and privacy standards at all times.
