Description Radiologic Technologist III (PRN)
  • 8Safety Sensitive Position We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologist III to join our team on a PRN basis.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced imaging professionals to contribute to patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The position is classified as safety sensitive, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and other modalities, with precision and attention to detail.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Prepare and position patients appropriately for imaging procedures, providing clear instructions and support.
  • Maintain and operate imaging equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
  • Accurately document procedures, patient information, and technical data in accordance with hospital policies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Follow all safety regulations and protocols, including those related to radiation safety and infection control.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Requirements Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a Radiologic Technologist, preferably with advanced imaging skills.
  • Knowledge of safety-sensitive procedures and compliance standards.
  • Strong technical skills in operating imaging equipment.
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work PRN hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
