SUMMARY:
The Registered Radiology Tech is responsible and accountable for providing quality imaging of patients to aid in the diagnosis and continuum of care of patients and assist physicians with exams. Registered Radiology Technologist (RRT)•
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Graduate of Radiologic Technology Program Experience:
1 year related experience as a
Radiologic Technologist Certification/Licensure:
ARRT, Arkansas Department of Health Radiology License, and current CPR Registered Radiology Technologist (RRT)•

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to perform the following: Must have the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, to solve problems and make decisions. Ability to stand and walk, bend, squat and twist, and occasionally lift, push and pull up to 100 pounds with proper body mechanics. Spend eight hours or more performing Radiology exams in the Outpatient Surgery Center. Must have a keen sense of hearing and visual acuity. Must be able to handle critical and highly stressful situations with efficiency and composure. Registered Radiology Technologist (RRT)•
Work Environment :
Outpatient Surgery Center Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a position in an Outpatient Surgery Center setting.
Clinical staff:
5 days a week, Monday•Friday.
