We're looking for an experienced Radiologic Technologist ready to take the next step in leadership. As our Senior Radiology Technician, you'll guide daily operations, support staff development, and help maintain exceptional imaging quality and patient care. You'll oversee daily staffing, mentor team members, support performance management, and ensure compliance with departmental standards. This role blends hands ‑ on clinical support with leadership responsibilities to keep the department running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate and supervise daily staffing and workflow. Train, coach, and mentor radiology staff; assist with evaluations and corrective actions. Ensure quality imaging services and adherence to policies and protocols. Collaborate with radiologists to maintain high standards of patient care and technique. Address complex issues and patient concerns; step in clinically when needed. Support equipment repair requests, supply needs, and quality assurance activities. Serve as a resource for staff regarding hospital regulations and procedures.
What You Bring:
Associate's degree required ARRT certification & BLS; required 3-5 years Radiology Tech experience; required 2-4 years leadership experience; preferred Strong critical thinking and sound judgment Ability to work independently in a fast ‑ paced environment Basic computer and clerical skills Effective communication and team leadership Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
