Job Description

A private, nonprofit community hospital in Southeast Arizona is seeking a full-time CT or MRI Technologist to join its diagnostic imaging team. This hospital serves a tight-knit rural community located in the Mule Mountains, known for its vibrant arts scene, preserved historic architecture, and strong sense of local culture. The area offers a slower pace of life with easy access to outdoor recreation and a unique small-town atmosphere. The hospital operates as a critical access facility with licensed inpatient beds and multiple rural health clinics serving the surrounding region. The CT/MRI Technologist role is a full-time position primarily based at the Douglas location, with occasional coverage at the main hospital campus. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with required holiday and on-call coverage. The technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic CT and/or MRI imaging exams for physician evaluation and patient treatment, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety. Qualified candidates must be able to independently perform diagnostic CT or MRI exams and must hold a current ARRT certification along with an active Arizona state license. Experience in a rural or community hospital setting is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits Include:
Hourly rate of $39
  • 49 , depending on experience $15,000 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment $15,000 relocation assistance $1,000 monthly living stipend for 6 months Free health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family Generous PTO and Paid Holidays Free life insurance 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
