Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Travel Mesa, Arizona, offers a dynamic blend of desert beauty, vibrant culture, and endless opportunities for exploration. This travel opportunity with a leading hospital seeks a skilled CT Technologist to join their radiology team. Working in Mesa will give you access to innovative equipment, exposure to high-acuity trauma cases, and diverse leadership styles, all while helping you expand your resume with experiences at a Level One trauma center. Floating between facilities ensures you'll see varied workplace practices and be challenged by a dynamic clinical environment.
Schedule/Hours:
Option 1: Thursday through Sunday, 7:30 PM - 7:00 AM Option 2: Monday through Wednesday, 12:00 PM - 12:30 AM Weekend and holiday shifts will be required. Call is required every 4th Friday and every 5th Saturday (1-hour response time).
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of recent CT experience (within the last 6 months). Active ARRT (CT), MRTBE CT, and BLS certifications (required). Experience with Siemens CT technology and Level One trauma preferred.
COVID-19
vaccination required (accommodations possible with proper documentation). Trauma, ER, and inpatient scanning experience strongly preferred. Radiation badge required. Must not have worked as a permanent or PRN staff member in Arizona in the past 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform stroke, trauma, emergency, and inpatient CT scans (average of 300 studies daily). Work with Siemens equipment and Cerner
EMR/PACS.
Collaborate with radiologists (in-house on days, tele-radiology on nights). Participate in department-specific orientation and follow teal scrub dress code. Float to sister facilities as necessary.
