Job Description

Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Travel Step into a vital role delivering exceptional care as a Radiology Technologist with a reputable healthcare provider. In this position, you'll use your expertise in imaging to perform high-quality diagnostic procedures and play a key part in patient assessment and safety.
Qualifications & Experience:
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification Active licensure as required by the state Previous experience in hospital or clinic settings (preferred) Strong knowledge of imaging equipment, radiation safety, and patient positioning Ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Schedule/Hours:
Contract position with flexible shift options depending on department needs
Responsibilities:
Operate radiologic equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes Adhere to all safety protocols, including appropriate shielding and sterilization procedures Accurately position patients to ensure optimal image quality while prioritizing patient comfort Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during radiological examinations Maintain precise patient records and documentation Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation, reporting malfunctions as needed Uphold high standards for patient care, professionalism, and clinical excellence Enjoy the opportunity to work alongside experienced healthcare professionals and make a difference in patient outcomes.
