POSITION OVERVIEW

: This is a dual-role position ideal for an X-Ray Technician looking to expand their skills in a clinical support setting. While an MA certification is

NOT REQUIRED

, the ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable assisting the physician and clinical team with both administrative and patient care tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

:

• Perform high-quality digital X-ray imaging for orthopedic patients
• Assist the physician with in-office procedures and injections, suture removal, Ordering supplies, explaining postoperative care, etc
• Prepare exam rooms and clean in between patients
• Room patients efficiently
• Prepare charts and patient records in advance of appointments
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Help ensure optimal patient flow throughout the clinic
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent patient care

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid and current X-Ray Technician Certification/License (required)
• Previous experience in a clinical or orthopedic setting is a plus
• Comfortable performing basic medical assistant duties (no MA certification Required)
• Strong Organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional, friendly demeanor and good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
