We're a community-focused urgent care clinic serving the residents of Alpine and surrounding areas with prompt, compassionate medical care. Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and skilled X-Ray Technician / Medical Assistant to join our urgent care team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and is passionate about patient care. You will perform diagnostic imaging and support clinical functions to ensure smooth and efficient patient visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform digital X-rays in accordance with state and federal regulations Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain the process Assist with patient intake, vitals, EHR documentation, and follow-up care Administer medications and injections as ordered Support providers with clinical procedures and exam room setup Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment Help with front desk tasks as needed (check-in, insurance verification, etc.)
Qualifications:
Current ARRT certification (or state equivalent for radiologic technologists) Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start) At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred, but new grads welcome to apply Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team-player mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
