Flexible Scheduling Available We are seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our team in Carlsbad, NM. This position offers full-time or part-time opportunities , with the option to pick up additional on-call shifts based on your availability. At XstremeMD, we provide occupational health and wellness services that help keep employees healthy, safe, and productive. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a vital role in supporting providers, delivering exceptional patient care, and ensuring accurate diagnostic imaging for our patients. What You'll Do Perform diagnostic X-rays as ordered by medical providers. Obtain and document patient vital signs and medical information. Prepare patients for examinations and procedures. Assist providers with occupational health evaluations and treatments. Coordinate laboratory testing and follow up on results for pre-employment, DOT, and occupational health services. Accurately document patient information, test results, and imaging records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Deliver outstanding customer service to patients, employers, and visitors. Maintain compliance with safety, confidentiality, and radiology standards.
Requirements:
Qualifications Required Current Radiologic Technologist certification (ARRT or equivalent state certification). Current BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, as applicable. Preferred Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, family practice, or industrial healthcare settings. Familiarity with electronic health record systems. Why Join XstremeMD?
