Our partnered facility includes vascular, cardiac, and orthopedic surgeries. We are currently servicing Santa Ana. We are seeking a highly skilled RT looking for flexibility, independence, and the ability to manage their own schedule. The ideal candidate will utilize a variety of radiographic equipment, be able to competently perform radiographic procedures on adults, and complete all studies in a timely and efficient manner. Rad Techs are responsible for ensuring a smooth operation in a fast-paced environment. Shifts will be posted through Connecteam as a first come, first serve basis. You will clock in and out directly through the app. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not an employee role. The nurse will work with a high degree of professional independence and manage their own availability. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and benefits. Contractors are subject to credentialing review and background screening as a condition of engagement. Job Duties
- Assist in performing sterile technique procedures across various specialties including vascular, cardiac, and orthopedic
- Assist Physician as needed
- Follow established quality assurance procedures
- Maintain patient dignity and confidentiality
- Preparation of needed supplies and equipment set up Minimum Requirements
- Accredited Radiologic Technologist Program
- ARRT certification required
- CRT license required
- Fluoroscopic permit required
- BLS certification required
- Ability to adapt to advancement and changing technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
