                                    JOB REQUIREMENTS
                                      Licenses:
                                      Active California license required
                                        Board:
                                        Board Certification required
                                          DEA:
                                          Active DEA required
                                            Experience:
                                            Interventional radiology experience required
                                              Other Qualifications:
                                              Experience with outpatient IR procedures preferred
                                              DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
                                              • Perform interventional radiology procedures in an outpatient setting
                                              • Manage dialysis access and related vascular procedures
                                              • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care delivery
                                              • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
                                              • Ensure adherence to clinical and safety protocols
