X Ray Technician- Full License

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

The candidate should be trained in the proper and safe handling of standard musculoskeletal x-rays, including extremities, as well as cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine.

Required Experience/ Education:

At minimum, a high school diploma and completion a training program at an accredited school. MUST have current CPR and Venipuncture license. ARRT Certified with specific certification Demonstrate competency in the use of all applicable aspects of the CIS, RIS, and PACS. Certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support.

Requirements:

Minimum of one year of clinical X-Ray CRT Permit from the State Good understanding of providing superior patient care; comfort, safety and confidentiality. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with doctors, patients, peers and management.
