Job Description

Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Contract Seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to provide crucial imaging services in a dynamic healthcare setting. In this contract opportunity, you'll play an essential role in patient diagnosis and care by performing high-quality X-ray procedures and supporting medical staff.
Key Qualifications:
Current licensure and certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent) Proficiency in digital and conventional X-ray imaging Strong understanding of safety protocols and radiation protection measures Ability to position patients accurately and explain procedures clearly Excellent communication and organizational skills Previous experience as an X-ray Tech is preferred
Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic X-ray examinations in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures to ensure optimal quality and comfort Operate and maintain X-ray equipment, ensuring calibration and safety checks Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and patient confidentiality guidelines Collaborate with medical staff to relay imaging results and support clinical decision-making Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records Manage workflow efficiently in a fast-paced environment
