Key Responsibilities:
Perform mammographic imaging procedures with accuracy, adhering to safety and quality standards Collaborate closely with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals Provide compassionate, informative care to patients during imaging procedures Maintain detailed, accurate records while ensuring patient confidentiality Troubleshoot and maintain mammography equipment as required Educate patients on procedures, addressing questions and concerns Uphold regulatory standards and participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
Desired Qualifications:
ARRT (M) certification or equivalent in mammography Previous experience in a clinical imaging setting preferred Strong communication skills and ability to comfort patients from diverse backgrounds Adaptable and quick to learn new systems and protocols Current BLS certification
