Job Description

Overview CT Technologist•Radiology in Sonora, California. This travel assignment starts on 05/18/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,305 to $2,412. The position offers 36 guaranteed hours per week with 12-hour day shifts (3x12).

12-hour days, 3x12 schedule Start date: 05/18/2026•Work setting: Home Healthcare•Hospice Responsibilities Operate computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissues for diagnostic purposes. Perform a variety of imaging procedures beyond CT, including general radiography and fluoroscopy, as assigned. Position patients, optimize image quality, and apply radiation safety and ALARA principles. Prepare and process imaging studies, ensuring correct labeling, documentation, and timely transmission to interpretation workflows. Maintain equipment quality through routine checks, basic troubleshooting, and adherence to infection control and safety protocols. Collaborate with radiology team and clinicians to meet clinical indications and patient care standards. Requirements Active radiology license as required by state regulations. ARRT CT certification or eligibility for CT certification. CT imaging experience preferred; 1 year or more in CT is a plus. Formal education in radiologic technology or an equivalent program.•Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a home healthcare•hospice setting. Demonstrated ability to perform CT, general radiography, and fluoroscopy procedures with attention to patient safety and data accuracy.
