Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to support a healthcare facility in Sunnyvale, CA. This travel opportunity offers a 16-week assignment with a focus on high-quality imaging services, including mammography and DEXA scans. Location Overview:
Sunnyvale, CA, is part of the vibrant Silicon Valley region known for its tech innovation, pleasant weather, and diverse community. Schedule:
Monday through Friday 5 shifts per week, 8 hours each
Key Responsibilities:
Perform mammography and DEXA imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout imaging processes Maintain equipment functionality and conduct routine quality control Accurately document and report imaging results Collaborate with healthcare team members to support diagnostic procedures
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Certification as a Mammography Technologist (ARRT or equivalent) Proven experience in mammography and bone densitometry (DEXA) Ability to operate imaging equipment efficiently and maintain quality standards Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach This assignment is travel-based, offering the chance to work in Sunnyvale with a competitive pay rate of $2,600 - $2,720 per week.
