The MRI Supervisor oversees inpatient and outpatient MRI operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The role manages staff, training, student rotations and equipment, fosters a culture of professionalism and positive patient experiences, and drives continuous departmental improvement. The supervisor collaborates with physician and leadership to support organizational goals while maintaining patient safety and confidentiality. This is an exempt position. Required Skills Extensive MRI knowledge and clinical expertise. Effective communication skills. Proficient in operating MRI equipment and performing advanced imaging procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports, track data, and support departmental operations. Required Experience ARRT(MR) clinical licensure Four (5) years' recent MRI experience in an acute care environment Four (3) years' recent MRI experience in an ambulatory care environment CPR/BLS
