1 Description American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience and required hands-on proficiency with Siemens CT scanners, including GoTop, Xceed, and Force models. Details Acute care hospital CT department setting Adult patient population Procedures include abdomen, pelvis, chest, vascular chest (PE, CTA, aorta), head, sinuses, soft tissue neck, cervical/thoracic/lumbar spine, musculoskeletal trauma, and trauma head studies Multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and region of interest (ROI) measurement performed routinely Preparation and administration of contrast media and venipuncture required Uses Siemens CT scanners (GoTop, Xceed, and Force) and PACS 4x10 hour night shifts, rotating between 6:00 PM-4:30 AM and 8:30 PM-7:00 AM as needed Rotating schedule with every other weekend required No on-call or float requirements Requirements Minimum of 2 years of CT Tech experience; first-time travelers will be considered Current BLS and ARRT (CT) certification required Hands-on experience with Siemens CT scanners, specifically GoTop, Xceed, and Force models, is required Adult acute care experience required Proficiency with PACS required Experience with contrast media preparation/administration and venipuncture required License required if applicable All time-off requests must be submitted upfront at the time of consideration Additional Information Perform a wide range of CT imaging studies including trauma, vascular, musculoskeletal, and contrast-enhanced exams across multiple body regions Any background or license issue identified during the compliance process will result in automatic cancellation 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required
