Category Imaging - CT Job Type Travel Experience the vibrant energy of Arvada, CO—just minutes from downtown Denver and the scenic Rocky Mountains—while advancing your healthcare career. This travel assignment is an excellent opportunity to sharpen your skills in a premier hospital setting, working in a Comprehensive Stroke Center of Excellence and Level 1 Trauma facility. Embark on a professional adventure surrounded by cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a seasoned team passionate about patient care and continuous learning. You'll join a dynamic imaging unit where you'll work with the latest GE CT equipment, including state-of-the-art 512 and 128 slice scanners, and the newest technology recently installed. The team atmosphere encourages best practices, independent problem-solving, and exceptional communication, providing supportive mentorship and exposure to fast-paced trauma and stroke care cases—perfect for professionals looking to deepen their clinical expertise and expand their resume.
Schedule/Hours:
6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, weekends included
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of acute care hospital CT Tech experience Current ARRT (R) certification BLS certification Experience with trauma and stroke cases preferred IV skills are a plus Positive, service-oriented communicator comfortable in a fast-paced independent role
Responsibilities:
Operate GE CT scanners for a range of diagnostic procedures, including trauma, stroke, head, chest, abdomen, and pelvis imaging Collaborate with a diverse team of day, night, and mid-shift technologists Work efficiently with Meditech EMR for accurate patient documentation Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while handling multiple priorities
