Key Qualifications:
ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology; advanced credentialing (VI or CI) strongly preferred. Minimum of 2 years' experience in interventional radiology. Proficiency in operating cutting-edge imaging equipment. Strong patient care focus and communication skills. Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred. Ability to adapt quickly to new workplace protocols and software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and position patients for IR procedures, ensuring comfort and safety. Operate fluoroscopy and other imaging modalities to assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic interventions. Monitor and document patient vitals, administering contrast agents as required. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide seamless patient care. Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations. Assist with post-procedure monitoring and documentation.
