Job Description

Job Overview Join our boutique orthopaedic surgery practice as an X-Ray Technologist, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging. We pride ourselves in providing our patients a dedicated and personal approach to orthopaedic care. We are a small practice, and we try to treat all of our patients like family and friends. Your expertise will support accurate diagnosis and treatment of our patients with musculoskeletal conditions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your skills in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort while contributing to diverse med/surgical care. This position also requires some medical assisting tasks. The ideal candidate will be assertive, proactive, and interested in furthering their medical knowledge. Clinic hours will include orthopaedic surgery hours with our physician/surgeon as well as urgent care hours. This person should be willing to work in a fast passed environment as a team player. The ability to multitask is pivotal. Please see job description below and apply for this position. XR Duties Perform a wide range of diagnostic imaging X-rays in our clinic. Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their comfort throughout the exam. Maintain strict aseptic techniques and adhere to infection control protocols to ensure patient safety and prevent contamination. Requirements Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or LSRT). Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and diagnostic radiology principles essential for accurate imaging and interpretation. Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly to patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams. Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
