Role:
As an X-ray Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care within our fast-paced clinic. Your responsibilities will include triaging patients, gathering medical records, preparing exam rooms, and assisting physicians during treatments. You will be instrumental in producing high-quality X-ray images while providing comfort and reassurance to patients. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role. Reports to :
Regional Director/Supervision of Clinic Supervisor and Shift Lead Pay Range:
- $28.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience) Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Perform X-ray exams as per the physician's orders, ensuring high-quality images. Ensuring the proper functioning of X-ray equipment and maintaining image quality standards. Handle the complete process from obtaining images, sending imaging, receiving results, and routing results to the appropriate provider Supports clinicians and staff by carrying out a variety of clinical tasks, including collecting lab tests, patient histories, and vital signs. Prepare and position patients accurately and ensure their comfort during the exam. Protecting patients and staff from unnecessary radiation exposure by adhering to safety protocols. Comply with state and federal regulations regarding radiologic health and safety. Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare providers to provide necessary information and support. Maintaining detailed patient records and documenting examination procedures.

Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrating expertise in operating X-ray equipment and producing high-quality images.

Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients. Attention to

Ensuring accuracy in image acquisition and patient information.
Problem-Solving:
Identifying and resolving technical issues related to X-ray equipment.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift patients or equipment as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
RT, LSO, LSRT
Certification (Required) Ability to work independently with excellent patient interaction skills Experience in urgent care, ER, or similar setting preferred but not required.
